Each design is handcrafted with intention and made to order, unless otherwise specified. Every detail is carefully prepared before it leaves the studio. Below, you’ll find comprehensive information on the journey of your order from creation to delivery.

Processing Time

Orders placed from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, will begin processing the next business day.

Orders placed on weekends will start processing the following business day.

Standard Production: 2 to 4 weeks

Expedited Production: 1 to 3 business days (Additional 30 dollars per pair; prior approval is required)

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping rates are determined at checkout based on your destination and the chosen carriers.

Carriers include:

- USPS

- UPS

- DHL

- FEDEX

Estimated Delivery After Production

- United States: 2 to 4 business days

- International: 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details, allowing you to monitor your package’s progress to delivery.

Order Changes & Cancellations

- Custom orders may be modified or canceled only before production begins.

- Quick ship orders can be canceled prior to shipment.

- Once production starts, changes cannot be made.

International Orders

International shipments may incur customs duties or taxes, which are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are non-refundable.
