Exchange & Returns

Each piece is created specifically at your request. For that reason, returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


Return Eligibility

To request a return:

• The item must be in original, unworn condition

• All original packaging must be included

• The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be eligible for return.


How to Start a Return

  1. Contact me to discuss your request.
  2. If approved, U.S. customers may use the Returns Center.
  3. International customers will receive detailed return instructions directly.

International returns must include tracking and insurance to ensure safe delivery.

 

Refund & Exchange Options

If your return is approved, one of the following options will be offered:

• Store credit

• Exchange

• Refund minus a 10 percent restocking fee

Refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected.


Important Notes

• Sale items are final sale and non-returnable

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

• Returns requested after 14 days will not be approved


If There Is an Error

If the item received does not match the description or there was an error on my end, the issue will be resolved promptly.

 

Customer-Initiated Returns

If the return is not due to an error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
