Custom Orders
As each product is created at your request, returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Return Eligibility
To initiate a return, please ensure:

•⁠ ⁠The item is in its original condition, with no signs of wear.
•⁠ ⁠All original packaging is included.
•⁠ ⁠The return is initiated within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process
1.⁠ ⁠Contact us to discuss the return.
2.⁠ ⁠If approved, use our Returns Center (US customers) or contact us for return instructions (international customers).
3.⁠ ⁠International customers: please add insurance and tracking to ensure package delivery.

Important Notes
•⁠ ⁠Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
•⁠ ⁠Outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.
•⁠ ⁠Returns received after 14 days will have their refund automatically cancelled.

Error Resolution
If we made an error or the product doesn't match the description, we'll work with you to resolve the issue.

Customer-Initiated Returns
If the return isn't due to our error, customers are responsible for shipping expenses.
