Exchange & Returns

We understand that sometimes, things don't quite fit or meet your expectations. That's why we gladly accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return/refund, all original packaging, including dust bags, must be included, and the item must be in the same condition as received, with no signs of wear on the soles or elsewhere.

If returning from the US, you can initiate a return for store credit, exchange or refund using our Returns Center. You will be provided with a return shipping label however you will responsible to cover that expense, unless we were at fault. 

Please note that all international customers are responsible for shipping charges including duties and taxes. When returning items back to us, we recommend adding insurance with tracking to ensure your package arrives at our facility.

Please be aware that a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from refunds in all cases. Additionally, sale items cannot be returned or refunded, and outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.

You have 14 days from the delivery date to complete the return process. If item isn’t  received within this timeframe, your refund will be automatically cancelled.
