Exchange & Returns
Please note that all designs are created at a customer's request, making each product truly unique. Due to this, returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
If an error was made on my part or the product received does not match the product description, I will work with you to resolve the issue.
However, if the reason for the return is not a result of my error, exchanges or refunds are not available. In such cases, if a customer still wishes to return an order, they will be responsible for the shipping expenses.
To be eligible for a return/refund, all original packaging must be included, and the item must be in the same condition as received, with no signs of wear on the soles or elsewhere.
If returning from the US, you can initiate a return for store credit, exchange or refund using our Returns Center and will be provided with a shipping label.
Please note that all international customers are responsible for shipping charges including duties and taxes. When returning items back to us, we recommend adding insurance with tracking to ensure your package arrives at our facility.
Please be aware that a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from refunds in all cases. Additionally, sale items cannot be returned or refunded, and outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.
You have 14 days from the delivery date to complete the return process. If item isn’t received within this timeframe, your refund will be automatically cancelled.
